Botanical Name: Petroselinum crispum
A versatile herb that is probably the best tasting of all parsley varieties. Italian Parsley has a strong flavour and is used in a wide range of cuisines that is an excellent addition to sauces, soups, stews, salads and many other fresh or cooked dishes. Great in the garden as a border plant or in the veggie patch. It establishes well in containers and is a beautiful potted plant sitting along a windowsill. Harvest as needed. Suitable for deep-freezing.
