Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Greenlife! Please review the information below regarding our policies for shipping, delivery, returns and refunds. If you have any questions regarding this information please contact us.


The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. We have endeavoured to keep shipping as affordable as possible. A shipping calculator can be found on the cart page. Our primary method is shipping is Australia Post eParcel service. We also use a variety of other transport carriers for particular items and regions. Delivery time is 2-10 business days unless otherwise advised. We do not ship to PO boxes. For international orders please contact us to discuss options. 


Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.

At Greenlife we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing Parts will be supplied free of charge within 30 calendar days of Greenlife being notified.

Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts within 30 calendar days of Greenlife being notified.


Greenlife offers a 'Click and Collect' service so you can process an order via our online store and pick up from our Keysborough (Melbourne) warehouse.

Note: we don't offer any other location pick-ups outside of our Keysborough warehouse. Any other pick-up locations will require a delivery charge to ship the goods to that specific location.


You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable, nor are any postage charges on the initial order from your purchase.

Some of our products are shipped direct from our suppliers. In a situation where a 'change of mind' has occurred, a restocking fee may be applicable on top of any return postage fees.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
