Shipping and Return Policy

The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. We have endeavored to keep shipping as affordable as possible. A shipping calculator can be found on the cart page. For international orders please contact us to discuss options. 


Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Unless an unsigned delivery authorisation has been received (see below), upon delivery the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to the calling card and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone. If you wish to use unsigned delivery please enter instructions on where the parcel should be left in the 'Special delivery instructions' comment field at the checkout screen. If you don't not explicitly state you are authorising an unsigned delivery the goods will be sent with a as 'Signature required'. 

At Greenlife we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing Parts will be supplied free of charge within 30 calendar days of Greenlife being notified.

Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts within 30 calendar days of Greenlife being notified.


You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
