Botanical Name: Anethum graveolens
A very versatile herb and a popular addition to the kitchen garden. The fine feathery leaves should be added just before cooking is complete or sprinkled fresh onto food as a garnish. Dill is delicious with fish and salads. Pick leaves as required and seed heads when they turn brown, but before they are fully ripe.
